All products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Because each item is created specifically for the customer, processing and shipping times may vary depending on product type, destination, and seasonal demand.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Estimated Shipping Times
United States:
Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days after production.
Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days after production where available.

International Shipping:
Delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing. International orders may take approximately 7–21 business days after production.

Shipping Delays
While we work with trusted fulfillment partners, delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or high order volume may occur and are outside our direct control.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Quantum Chaos is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation so we can review the issue and assist you.

International Duties and Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.
